Website use

This website provides general information about Texas Clean Haul and a way to request an estimate. You agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

Estimates are not final bookings

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, create a service contract, or confirm a final price. A job is scheduled only after the scope, price, timing, access, accepted materials, and payment terms are confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate item descriptions, disclose stairs, access limits, unusually heavy items, hazardous conditions, and ownership or authority to remove the items. Appliances must be safely disconnected unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Prohibited material

Texas Clean Haul may refuse hazardous, regulated, contaminated, illegal, extremely heavy, unsafe, or undisclosed material. Examples include fuels, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, ammunition, and pressurized cylinders.

Changes to scope

If the actual volume, weight, material, access, or labor differs from the information used for the estimate, the price or service plan may change. Any change must be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information and may change. While reasonable care is used, the website is provided without a guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual property

The Texas Clean Haul name, original website copy, graphics, code, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Texas Clean Haul is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Service-specific rights and responsibilities should be stated in the final estimate or service agreement.

Texas law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
